<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council ofthe City <br />ofRoseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall on Monday, the 22nd <br />day of October, 2001, at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Klausing, Maschka, Goedeke, Kysylyczyn <br />and the following were absent: Mastel <br /> <br />Council Member Kysylyczyn introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9951 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE GO-DAY REVIEW PERIOD REGARDING A <br />REQUEST BY ROBERT LARSON, ROSEVILLE MOBILE HOME PARK FOR <br />MOBILE HOME PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT APPROVALS AS PER SECTION <br />1008 OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT <br />2599 LEXINGTON AVENUE (PF3225) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an application was submitted by Robert Larson for consideration of a <br />concept approval of a Planned Unit Development (PUD) as per Section 1008 on April 10, 2001, <br />and extended indefinitely by the applicant June 3, 2001, and given concept approval by the City <br />Council on September 24,2001, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the next step in the PUD approval process is submission of an application <br />to begin preparation of a final development agreement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a final PUD development permit application was reviewed and accepted as <br />complete by the Community Development Department on September 25,2001; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said application for final approval requires City Council approval of the <br />PUD development Agreement and a second reading and approval of a zoning map amendment; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Community Development Department prepared information for the <br />final development agreement and after review by the applicant and city staff there was a need for <br />additional time to complete the final PUD agreement which could not be accomplished prior to <br />the City Council meeting of October 22, 2001; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Robert Larson, applicant, submitted a written request to reschedule the <br />final development agreement and zoning map amendment decision to a meeting at a later date <br />(estimated to be November 26,2001) when all documents have been updated, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the 60-day review period for the final PUD Development Agreement I and <br />zoning map amendment expires on November 25,2001, thus creating the need for an extefsion <br />of the 60-day review; and <br /> <br />1 <br />
