<br />from Church to High Density Residential at 2131 N.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that Pacific Mutual
<br />Door company's request for variance to the zoning
<br />ordinance to construct an addition at their facility
<br />at 2645 and 2655 N. Fairview Avenue be continued to
<br />the regular City Council meeting of Monday, October
<br />24, 1994. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Wiski,
<br />Goedeke, Mastel, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Goedeke moved, P. Johnson seconded, that Metro Paper
<br />Recovery's request for an Interim Use Permit for
<br />outdoor storage for three years, located at 2785 N.
<br />Fairview Avenue, be approved. After three years, due
<br />to street construction and other delay, Metro Paper
<br />Recovery may be allowed to extend the Interim Use
<br />Permit (upon application to the City) for a term
<br />consistent with the development of the site and the
<br />city plans for road extensions in the area. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Wiski, Goedeke, Mastel, and
<br />V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Goedeke moved, P. Johnson seconded, that staff be
<br />directed to prepare the Interim Use Permit, and
<br />directed the Mayor and city Manager to sign the
<br />permit, consistent with the lease agreement, when the
<br />document is available from staff. Roll Call, Ayes:
