<br />A. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
<br />A-I Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, that the minutes of MINUTES
<br />the regular meeting of November 14, 1994, be approved.

<br />Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded, that the Consent CONSENT

<br />ORGANIZATIONAL BUSINESS
<br />Wiski moved, Mastel seconded, that a special city
<br />Council work session be established on Tuesday,
<br />December 6, 1994, beginning at 7:00 p.m. at Cedarholm
<br />Golf Course for the purpose of meeting with the Parks
<br />and Recreation Commission to discuss Parks and
<br />Recreation planning. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel,
<br />Goedeke, P. Johnson, and wiski. Nays: None.

<br />REPORTS AND RECOKMENDATIONS
<br />Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded, that the Roseville
<br />Fire Department's 1967 85 foot Snorkel Aerial
<br />Apparatus be sold to the savannah-Hardin County
<br />Tennessee Fire Department, in the high bid amount of
<br />$12,000. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Goedeke, P.
<br />Johnson, and Wiski. Nays: None.
