<br />Roseville City Council Minutes <br />November 29, 1994 <br /> <br />E-2 <br /> <br />E-3 <br /> <br />E-4 <br /> <br />F. <br />F-l <br /> <br />F-2 <br /> <br />F-3 <br /> <br />F-4 <br /> <br />Thor Bank, Chairman of the Pipeline Safety Advisory <br />Task Force, asked that Council take action on the <br />recommendations relating to Williams Pipeline in the <br />Task Force's report presented to Council in September <br />of 1994. The Pipeline Safety Advisory Task Force has <br />been formally disbanded, and Mr. Bank offered their <br />services if Council wished to reinstate the Task <br />Force. <br /> <br />Mary Bakeman discussed the equity of park land north <br />and south of Highway 36, and stated the city should <br />look for ways to protect open space. <br /> <br />George Merrill thanked the Council, Bob Bierscheid, <br />and the Recreation Department for their help in <br />reducing the noise at the OVAL, and thanked the <br />firefighters for their work at Williams pipeline. <br /> <br />HEARINGS <br />P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that Good Value <br />Homes request for final plat approval and development <br />stage approval of an amendment to the approved Planned <br />Unit Development at Lexington Avenue and Highway 36 be <br />continued to the regular City council meeting of <br />Monday, December 12, 1994. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, <br />Goedeke, P. Johnson, Wiski, and V. Johnson. Nays: <br />None. <br /> <br />Goedeke moved, P. Johnson seconded, that Pacific <br />Mutual Door Company's request for a variance to the <br />Zoning Ordinance to construct an addition to their <br />facility at 2645 and 2655 N. Fairview Avenue be <br />continued to the regular city council meeting of <br />Monday, January 9, 1995. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, <br />Goedeke, P. Johnson, wiski, and V. Johnson. Nays: <br />None. <br /> <br />Mastel moved, Wiski seconded, that MSP--Milo Pinkerton <br />and Corpus Christi Church's request to withdraw <br />concept Plan approval for rezoning from R-l to Planned <br />Unit Development (PUD) for a proposed senior housing <br />development and a comprehensive Guide Plan Amendment <br />from Church and Low Density to Church/High Density <br />Residential at 2131 N. Fairview Avenue be approved. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Goedeke, P. JOhnson, Wiski, <br />and V. Johnson. Nays; None. <br /> <br />P.
