<br />September 14, 1994 <br /> <br />We request approval for the installation of a concrete driveway to replace our <br />existing driveway. This driveway will be the same size as the current driveway, <br />which has been in place for over 35 years. This driveway is 314" ftom the property <br />line. We realize that existing code is now 5' from the line. Our neighbors have a <br />privacy fence separating the two properties. This should not affect any other <br />neighbors in the area.
