EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council ofthe City ofRoseville, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall in said City on Tuesday, the thirteenth day of November, 2001, at 6:30 p.m. The following members were present: Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke, Klausing and Kysylyczyn and the following were absent: None. Councilperson Mastel introduced and moved the adoption ofthe following resolution: RESOLUTION NO. 9952 RESOLUTION APPROVING PROJECT LOCATIONS FOR THE 2002 PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT PROGRAM: STREETS, PATHWAYS AND PARKING LOTS WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the street, pathway and parking lot construction needs of various neighborhoods and City properties in the City and has tentatively selected neighborhoods and locations for inclusion in the 2002 Pavement Management Program; and WHEREAS, the following locations shall be included in the 2002 Pavement Management Program; Street Mill and Overlay Neighborhood Streets From To 16- Mill and Overlay Lydia Ave Chatsworth St Cul-de-sac Lvdia Dr Lydia Ave Chatsworth St 24-Mill and Overlay Walnut St County Road C Rose Place N Hwy 36 Service Drive S1. Croix St Long Lake Rd Rosegate N Hwv 36 Service Dr Cleveland Ave 25-Mill and Overlay Oakcrest Ave Prior Ave Fairview Ave Pathways and Parking Lots Central Park Pathway Fire Station No.3 Rear Parking Lot Howard Johnson Park Parking Lot NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City ofRoseville, Minnesota as follows: 1. The locations described in the above table are hereby approved for inclusion in the 2002 Pavement Management Program. 2. The proposed improvements are referred to the City Public Works Director for study and he is to advise the Council as to whether they should be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvements, and the estimated cost of the improvements as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilperson Maschka and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke, Klausing and Kysylyczyn and the following voted against the same: None. Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
