<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council ofthe City ofRoseville, <br />Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall in said City on Tuesday, the thirteenth day of November, 2001, at <br />6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke, Klausing and Kysylyczyn and the <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilperson Mastel introduced and moved the adoption ofthe following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9952 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PROJECT LOCATIONS FOR THE 2002 PAVEMENT <br />MANAGEMENT PROGRAM: STREETS, PATHWAYS AND PARKING LOTS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the street, pathway and parking lot construction needs of various <br />neighborhoods and City properties in the City and has tentatively selected neighborhoods and locations for <br />inclusion in the 2002 Pavement Management Program; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the following locations shall be included in the 2002 Pavement Management Program; <br /> <br />Street Mill and Overlay <br />Neighborhood Streets From To <br />16- Mill and Overlay Lydia Ave Chatsworth St Cul-de-sac <br /> Lvdia Dr Lydia Ave Chatsworth St <br />24-Mill and Overlay Walnut St County Road C Rose Place <br /> N Hwy 36 Service Drive S1. Croix St Long Lake Rd <br /> Rosegate N Hwv 36 Service Dr Cleveland Ave <br />25-Mill and Overlay Oakcrest Ave Prior Ave Fairview Ave <br />Pathways and Parking Lots <br />Central Park Pathway <br />Fire Station No.3 Rear Parking Lot <br />Howard Johnson Park Parking Lot <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City ofRoseville, Minnesota as follows: <br /> <br />1. The locations described in the above table are hereby approved for inclusion in the 2002 Pavement <br />Management Program. <br /> <br />2. The proposed improvements are referred to the City Public Works Director for study and he is to advise <br />the Council as to whether they should be made as proposed or in connection with some other <br />improvements, and the estimated cost of the improvements as recommended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilperson Maschka and <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke, Klausing <br />and Kysylyczyn and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
