Applicants requesting a rezoning, special use pennit, IUD, variance, division <br />of lot, or platting of property are encouraged to corrluct a neighborhood <br />meetinJ at least fifteen (15) days before the scheduled Planning Commission <br />PL1blic HearinJ, am shall setxi notices to all of the affected property owners. <br />Affected owners are whose listed on the required Abstractor's certificate. The <br />meeting shall be a time for the applicant to :review and explain the proposed <br />development to the owners. <br /> <br />This policy applies only when residential property, R-1 through R-8, is listed <br />on the Abstractor's Certificate. 'Ibis policy does not apply to property <br />proposed for development which is zoned R-1 and will be or continue to be used <br />for sinJle family housinJ. <br /> <br />Please indicate the date that you have met or will be meetinJ with the affected <br />pro~ owners: Not Applicable <br /> <br />21. Except as noted. the following infornation must be submitted for all <br />applications. <br /> <br />A. Application an:1 Fee <br /> <br />B. Abstractor's Certificate listing the NAMES AND ADDRESSES ON IABEI.S of the <br />CMl'lers of the land within 350 feet of the boundaries of the property in <br />question special use pennit, rezoning, IUD and. conprehensive plan <br />amen::lrnent applications is required. 250 feet for variance, lot divisions, <br />preliminaJ:yjfinal plat, house relocation, and vacation of right-of-way <br />applications is required. <br /> <br />C. Proposed plans (2 copies) including site plan, landscape plan, grading and <br />drainage plan, an:l exterior building elevation drawings showing building <br />,materials is required (1 copy for shoreline pennit) . <br /> <br />D. Reductions of a readable scale of the proposed plan (26 copies). (1 copy <br />only for shoreline permits) . <br /> <br />E. Narrative - (See attached content requirements). <br /> <br />F. Documents as required by the city Planner. <br />
