<br />CENT~AL PARK TOWNHOMES <br /> <br />Minutes of the meeting of October 8, 1994 <br /> <br />The fall annual meeting was held on Saturday, October a, 1994 <br />at the home of Janet and Patrick at 10:00 A.M. Absent from the <br />meeting were the Kunzers, .Hoffs, and the Duggans. <br /> <br />The meeting was called. to order, the Minutes of the last <br />meeting of May, 14, 1994 were accepted as read. <br /> <br />The Treasurer's report was not available for the meeting at <br />this time. <br /> <br />1C011een Wirrer circulated the Plans for her patio enclosure <br />for approval of the Association Members. A motion was made <br />by Carol Delk and seconded by Patrick Coleman to approve her <br />. plans for ccnstruction of the patio enclosure. <br /> <br />There was discussion regarding the statement in our By-Laws <br />relative to making changes to the exterior of our buildings, <br />and that it must first be approved by the members of the <br />Association. It was unanimously agreed that the garage door <br />of Monica and Brian Duggan at 2597 Fernwood Court should be <br />replaced. A letter of request to replace the top panel <br />will be submitted to the Duggans. <br /> <br />Dick Kuettel requested the name and number of the paint that <br />was used for the garage doors and trim. Gerry Gag has that <br />information for him. <br /> <br />Election of officers for the coming year resulted in the <br />following: <br /> <br />Janet Surry <br />Colleen Wirrer <br />Ed Weinhagen <br />Selma Ringius <br /> <br />President <br />Vice President <br />Treasurer <br />- Secretary <br /> <br />A motion was made by Patrick Coleman and seconded by Gerry <br />Gag, to accept the slate of officers. <br /> <br />After a motion was made and seconded, the meeting adjourned. <br /> <br />Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br />~~~ <br /> <br />Selma Ringius, Secre~ary <br />
