As a part of the renovation of the Roseville High School, the school is proposing to <br />modify the parking lot and bus lanes serving the schooL They have been working with <br />Grace Church on a parking lot design that would anow for joint use by both the High <br />School and the Church. This would eliminate the need for Dellwood Street, assuming the <br />Church will no longer occupy the houses facing the street. <br /> <br />2. Just prior to this writing, the City received a letter from the architect for the School <br />District requesting that the application for the vacation of Dell wood Street be continued. <br />The letter indicates that the School District and the Church have not yet completed their <br />agreement concerning the vacation. <br /> <br />3. The Planning Commission, at the January 11,1995 meeting, continued <br />consideration of this item to the February 8, 1995 meeting. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendations: <br /> <br />1. It is recommended that the City Council continue consideration ofRoseviIIe Area High <br />School and Grace Church ofRoseville request for the vacation ofDeUwood Street and a <br />variance to the setback requirements of the zoning ordinance at 2365 DeIlwood Street to <br />the February 27, 1995 meeting. <br /> <br />Council Action Requested: <br /> <br />1.
