As per our telephone conversation last week, 1'm enclosing some information on the new gym addition for the high school. The North elevation of the gym will be 34' above the grade which is above the 30' height restriction, As you can see from the section and west elevation, the existing gym is actually higher than the new gym, The existing auditorium and existing smoke stack are also higher. We stiH don't have a fonnal go-ahead from the church ~and school boards for the Delwood proposa1.but I understand their lawyers are discussing the tenns of an agreement this week, 3. The high school buildings and grounds personnel are going to stage their snow in the first three west parking stalls of the new parking lot to create a 25' set~ back for city plows to put their snow, I talked to them about taking over maintenance of Delwood now and they were not yet ready to make that commitment.
