Any increase in runoff from this site will not change the condi~jons analyzed in the <br />Surface Water Management Plan. Therefore, no pond is required to t>educe the ra te of discharge. <br /> <br />The Redding Guidelines (see M.S, 103B~33(5) generally apply to developments which create <br />.. more than one acre of impervious surface, However, the existence of the City's Surface Wat~r <br />Management Plan satisfies the guidelines (subpart 1,b.). <br /> <br />[In completing your grading plan, you should verify the capacity of the in-pJace storm sewer <br />system.
