The basic <br />terms of your offer were that you would convey an approximately <br />6,004 square foot rectangular parcel to the Woessners in exchange <br />for an approximately 1,800 square foot triangular parcel, plus <br />$4,200 cash. The cash payment could be financed via a mortgage on <br />the rectangular parcel, wi th zero interest for one year and <br />interest at the rate of eight percent (8%) thereafter. <br /> <br />The Woessners want to thank you for your offer, however, the <br />terms are unacceptable. The Woessners are 'ftlilling Tn do a <br />straight-up land trade of the 1,800 square foot triangular parcel <br />for the 6,004 square foot rectangular parcel, with no cash payment. <br />The value added to both parcels by this trade is roughly <br />equivalent. <br />
