<br />Planning Commission <br />City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Aoseville, MN 55113 <br />November 17,1994 <br /> <br />Ae: 925 West Country Road "8" <br /> <br />Dear Ladies & Gentlemen: <br /> <br />J am writing this narrative on behalf of my mother, the legal owner of the above <br />referenced property. Mrs. Woessner, together with her deceased husband, purchased <br />the property in February of 1948. <br /> <br />The entire property is 103.76 feet wide and extends 516.64 feet from Country Road "B" <br />on the south to Milton Street on the north. The size of the property is approximately <br />53,600 square feet. The parcel bordering Country Road "8" on the south will contain <br />the home and appropriate surrounding land; the remaining two parcels will be left for <br />future development. All parcels will remain zoned as R-1. <br /> <br />In order to further the development of the land surrounding the cul~de~sac on the end of <br />Milton Street, it is necessary for Mrs. Woessner to subdivide her property. My mother is <br />proposing to divide her property into three parcels. Parcel 3, pursuant to the enclosed <br />sketch plan of this sub division, contains the current homestead which will be 18,676 <br />square feet. Parcel 2 is a flag shaped lot with a 30 foot driveway along the western <br />boundary of the property and is approximately 22,300 square feet. Parcel 1 , the <br />northern most parcel of the property will be approximately 12,400 square feet.
