The City is eager to here from you, <br />the experts in the private sector, about the potential market and land uses that will fit on this site. The RFP is <br />open to any professional development company or team that cares to make a proposal, <br /> <br />Our elected officials and City Manager have supported this RFP concept and fully intend to develop this site, <br />putting it back on the tax roles and providing useful, long term, high quality building improvements. As described <br />in the RFP, they are looking for innovative solutions and are willing to assist in filling demonstratable financial <br />gaps in order to produce a quality project. . <br /> <br />During the time you review and consider submitting a proposal, feel free to contact me or a member of our staff <br />regarding details or market statistics that we may be able to supply. We have a large selection of demographic <br />maps available to you for the cost of copying. In addition, the base maps for this RFP site has been plotted by <br />Jerry Happel of Insight Mapping. You can obtain either a computer file copy or a hard copy directly from him. <br /> <br />If changes or clarifications occur during the submittal stage, our staffwill be faxing or mailing these changes on <br />a weekly basis to all those teams/companies that have been sent a copy of the RFP. Should you know of others <br />who would benefit from a copy of this RFP, please call us directly. We will mail them a copy. <br /> <br />Thanks again for considering a project in Roseville.
