Wednesday, January 8, 1997,4:00 - 6:00 pm, - interviews - a 20 minute <br />presentation by each developers and an opportunity to answer Council and <br />consultant questions regarding project details, <br /> <br />7. Wednesday, January 22, 1997,4:00 - 6:00 pm, - Recommendations and for <br />preliminary selection; Council direction to negotiate a preliminary agreement. <br />Formal action could be taken on January 27th. <br /> <br />8. After the selection of a development team, the City and the developer will need <br />time to complete negotiation of a development agreement. This may take up to <br />60 days, reporting back to the Council on February 24th or March 10, 1997. The <br />progress on the agreement will be reported, <br /> <br />9, If a developer is officially designated, the developer must apply (and go through <br />hearings) for the PUD rezoning, subdivision, utility, ponding, and road design, <br />The strategy of these approvals should be discussed by the Council and staff to <br />determine whether this necessary part of the development can occur <br /> <br />2 <br />
