He is indicating that he would like to lease and sell <br />automobiles strictly on an indoor basis with no outside storage of vehicles. He is <br />suggesting a five car maximum. The site plan indicates that he would use 1,498 sq. ft. of <br />space in his center for this use. Mr. Kath feels this information should be adequate to <br />make a decision on his request for a special use permit At this point however, staff is not <br />comfortable making a recommendation to the Planning Commission based on information <br />to date.
