<br />8.360 <br /> <br />ZONING CODE <br /> <br />8.340. Permitted Accessory Uses in General Business District. <br />Permitted accessory uses in B-3 Districts are off street parking <br />and off street loading as regulated under sections 8.070. <br />through 8.180. <br /> <br />8.350. Uses by Special Permit in General Business Districts. <br />Uses by special permit in B-3 Districts are: <br /> <br />1. Automobile repair. <br />2. 'Boats and marine showrooms. <br />3. Building material establishments where dimension lumber, <br />millwork, cabinets, and other building materials are kept <br />for sale. <br />4. Commercial Auto Washing. <br />5. Drive-ins. <br />6. Fuel and ice sales. <br />7. Machinery Sales. <br />8. Motels. <br />9. Newspapers and magazine stands. <br />10. PUblic utility facilities. <br />11. Repair garages. <br />12. service stations. <br />13. Dog Kennels. <br />14. Food take Out or Self-Service Restaurants. These are <br />restaurants designed to serve food primarily to be consumed <br />off the premises, of a self-service restaurant when food is <br />eaten on the premises. <br />15. Open Sales Lots. <br />16. Outdoor areas where merchandise, machinery or equipment may <br />be displayed or stored. <br />17. Motor Vehicle Dealers. This provision authorizes the sale' <br />'of new motor vehicles by a motor vehicle dealer, but only / <br />in conjunction with sales of new motor vehicles. i~ <br />18. Rental and Leasing of Motor Vehicles, including the resale';/ <br />of motor vehicles previously rented or leased by theY <br />leasing or rental business owner. : f <br />19. Off-sale liquor stores not located in shopping centers as <br />defined at section 5.585. <br />20. Day-care centers. <br /> <br />8.360. Automobile Service stations. <br />Automobile service stations shall conform to the following <br />standards: <br /> <br />1. Surface covering. The entire site, other than that taken up <br />by a structure or planting, shall be surfaced with asphalt <br />or concrete. <br /> <br />2. Drainage system. A drainage system subject to the approval <br />of the Public Works Director shall be installed. <br /> <br />53 <br />
