Proposed plans (2 copies) including site plan, landscape plan, grading and <br />drainage plan, am exterior building elevation drawings showing building <br />materials is required (1 copy for shoreline permit) . <br /> <br />D. Reductions of a readable scale of the proposed plan (26 copies). (1 copy <br />only for shoreline pennits). <br /> <br />E. Narrative - (See attached content requirements). <br /> <br />F. Documents as required by the City Planner. <br />
