Discuss Litigation Strategy <br /> Mayor Roe convened the City Council in closed executive session at approxi- <br /> mately 5:02 PM to discuss litigation strategy and receive confidential information <br /> protected by attorney-client privilege in the matter of Victor Yair Hernandez- <br /> Rivera v. Officer Justin Gunderson, Officer Erin Reski, Officer Kyle Eckert, and <br /> Officer Grant Dattilo, in the their individual and official capacities as police offic- <br /> ers for the City of Roseville pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 13D.05 <br /> Councilmember Willmus moved, Councilmember Etten seconded, adjourning the <br /> closed executive session and returning to open session at approximately 5:40PM. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, McGehee, Roe <br /> Nays: None. <br /> 2.
