Roll Call Mayor Roe called the meeting to order at approximately 4:07 p.m. Voting and Seating Order: McGehee, Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, Roe. City Manager Pat Trudgeon, Police Chief Rick Mathwig, City Attorney Mark Gaughan and Attorneys Joe Flynn and Dan Kurtz representing the officers were also present. Closed Session Willmus moved, McGehee seconded, moving into Closed Executive Session at approxi- mately 4:08 p.m. Roll Call Ayes: McGehee, Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, Roe Nays: None. a. Discuss Litigation Strategy Mayor Roe convened the City Council in closed executive session at approxi- mately 4:08 PM to discuss litigation strategy and receive confidential information protected by attorney-client privilege in the matter of Victor Yair Hernandez- Rivera v. Officer Justin Gunderson, Officer Erin Reski, Officer Kyle Eckert, and Officer Grant Dattilo, in the their individual and official capacities as police offic- ers for the City of Roseville pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 13D.05 Councilmember McGehee moved, Councilmember Laliberte seconded, adjourn- ing the closed executive session and returning to open session at approximately 4:44 PM. Roll Call Ayes: Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, McGehee, Roe Nays: None. 2. Adjourn Etten moved, McGehee seconded adjournment of the meeting at approximately 4:44 p.m. Roll Call Ayes: McGehee, Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, Roe Nays: None.
