Full-time on-site inspector. <br /> <br />~. City personnel present for all tests on new lines and connections made to the City <br />sy~em. <br /> <br />3. Minimum of 48 hours notice for all 'necessary tests on the newly installed sewer and <br />water lines. <br /> <br />p <br /> <br />,4. City inspector will be on-site part-time. He will have the authority to modify or shut <br />down project activities if City standards are not being met. <br /> <br />S. Lot surveys are to be provided for each unit when building'permit application is <br />submitted. <br /> <br />6, The developer must install all no-parking signage as required by the City. <br /> <br />7. Provide visible address numbering on each individual unit. <br /> <br />Upon the completion of the project, the following items must be submitted prior to the final <br />release of the financial surety: <br /> <br />1. Two copies of as-built drawings. One copy shall be on single-matte drafting film. <br /> <br />.., <br /> <br />2. Final payment for City Inspector time on the project. <br /> <br />3.
