Cannot excavate, fill, or grade outside the limits of permit. <br /> <br />3. Keep streets cleaned daily. <br /> <br />4. Periodic inspections of site are needed. <br /> <br />s. Preliminary inspection prior to work beginning - to include erosion control <br />devices. <br /> <br />6. Any work over City utilities must have prior approval if structures are to be <br />adjusted. They must meet City standards. The cost of adjustments is the <br />responsibility of applicant. <br /> <br />7. Any continuation of permits must be made by written request to the City. It <br />should be approved prior to any further work. <br />
