PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City ofRoseville will meet at Roseville City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, on Wednesday, February 8, 1995 at 7:30 p.m., for the purpose of considering the following request: Harstad Homes Inc. request for concept approval of a planned unit development consisting of 26 townhomes, a rezoning from R-l to residential Planned Unit Development (PUD), and preliminary and final plat approval on land generally located west of the intersection of Owasso Boulevard South and Western Avenue. Harstad Homes, Inc. also requests a change in the Comprehensive Plan map designation of the site from low density residential to medium density residential.
