<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNC~ <br />CITY OF ROSEVD...LE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City ofRoseville, County <br />of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on <br />Monday, the 26th day of June, 1995, at 5:30 p,m. <br /> <br />rhe, following members were present: Mastel, Goedeke, p, Johnson, Wiski, and V. Johnson and the following <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member introduced the foIlowing resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />. ~ ~ <br />RESOLUTION NO. 0000 G') lO) <br />A RESOLUTION V ACA TING A PORTION OF S OW ASSO BOULEVARD <br />WESTERLY OF WESTERN AVENUE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after two weeks published and posted notice, the City Council held a publi~ hearing to determine <br />whether or not a portion of said street in the City of Roseville should be vacated; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears that by reason of changes in the use of the surrounding land, it would be beneficial to <br />the public interest to vacate a portion of said street; <br /> <br />NOW TIffiREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City ofRoseville, Minnesota, hereby <br />vacates that portion of South Owasso Boulevard over the following described property: <br /> <br />The South 33 feet of the Northwest one quarter (NW 1/4) of the Northeast one quarter <br />(NE 1/4) Section 1, Township 29, Range 23 lying Westerly of Ow as so Boulevard South; <br />together with the South 33 feet of the Northeast one quarter (NE 1/4) of the Northwest <br />one quarter (NW 1/4) ; and the North 33 feet of the Southeast one quarter (SE 1/4) of the <br />Northwest one quarter (NW 1/4) lying Westerly of the East 33 feet of said Southeast one <br />quarter (SE 1/4) of the Northwest on quarter (NW 1/4), all in said Section 1, excepting <br />therefrom the existing rights~of~way for Owasso Boulevard South and Sandy Hook Drive <br />lying Northwesterly of the Burlingtion Northern Railway right~of.way. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mastel, Goedeke, P. Johnson, Wiski, and V.
