<br />fI, ... <br /> <br />Roseville's Design Review Committee (DRC) <br />A Review of Establishment and Authority <br /> <br />October 15, 1996 <br /> <br />706.06Eb The Design Review Committee is responsible for compliance with the City Tree <br />Planting Plan. <br /> <br />706.06Ec The Design Review Committee reviews tree removal permits from boulevards and <br />may specify location of replacements consistent with the Tree Master Plan. <br /> <br />1004.01D3e The DRC reviews partial/proportional improvement to the pavement surface in <br />residential districts on private property) subject to appeal to the City Council. <br /> <br />1005.01D3f Within business districts) the DRC is required to review site plans containing <br />repairs, remodeling, and additions to parking lots where the overall size increases <br />by 10% or more. The DRC determines the proportion of new paving and curbs <br />for parking lots expanded from 10% to 50% in size, with appeals to the City <br />Council. The Council may request the Planning Commission for <br />recommendations. <br /> <br />1008.02 The DRC (in this chapter - the PUD chapter) refers to a body appointed by the <br />City Manager to conduct review of all development (PUD) plans. (Attach a copy <br />ofOrd. 1092) 1-14~91). <br /> <br />1008.07 A The DRC can make minor changes in location height, placement of structures <br />within a PUD. <br /> <br />l008.08C The DRC must review all PUD building permits to determine whether <br />construction has occurred at the same rate as construction of common open space. <br />This information is to be forwarded to City Council. <br /> <br />1008.09B1 The DRC may review and approve building expansions made after occupancy and <br />may allow for up to 10% increase in size. <br /> <br />1010.14B The DRC may recommend changes to landscape requirements (within the Design <br />Standards section). <br /> <br />1010.16A The DRC may review site plans required to be submitted by the applicant (within <br />the Design Standards section) in accordance with the Development Review <br />Procedures Manual. <br /> <br />1010.17 The DRC may determine proportional changes affecting design and materials to <br />existing buildings) subject to appeal to the Planning Commission for their review <br />
