I think we <br />should recite in the letter that it is being made in consideration <br />of the City waiving a performance bond or letter of credit. <br />Further, ,it should specifically require the school District to <br />disburse from the reserve fund at the request of the City and <br />require the School District to pay the City's costs and attorneys I <br />fees in the event the request is not honored by the School District <br />and it is necessary to institute an acti9n to force compliance.
