Sidewalk funding to be placed with the City to build the sidewalk if not constructed along Fairview Avenue at this time. 3. There are two parcels shown on the plans. They need to be combined at Ramsey County before a building permit can be approved. 4. A 10 foot road and utility easement is required along Fairview Avenue. 5. The proposed landscaping plan needs to be overlaid on top of the utility plans to make sure trees are not planted on any utility. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Goedeke, Wiski, Mastel, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. Wiski moved, P. Johnson seconded, that the completion PARK PURCHASE of park purchase from PIK Terminal for the two .acre PIX TERMINAL site at the southwest corner of Langton Lake for $317,755 be approved subject to the final review of interest computations by both parties, and directing the City Attorney and City Manager to complete the project and gain clear title to the property, with each of the parties absorbing their own legal cost. Funds will be taken from the Park Dedication Fund set up for this purpose. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Goedeke, Wiski, Mastel, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. G-3 Mastel moved, P. Johnson seconded, that Harstad Homes, HARSTAD HOMES, Inc. request for Planned unit Development (PUD) final INC. land use development plan and agreement be approved with the following conditions: ~ 1. That special consideration be given to design elements to break the visual massing of the proposed buildings. 2. That staff review the landscape plan to ensure landscaping is installed in accordance with the City's design standards. 3.
