Need to extend the storm sewer southerly to each <br />of the two driveway openings on Fairview Avenue. <br /> <br />2. Sidewalk funding to be placed with the City to <br />build the sidewalk if not constructed along <br />Fairview Avenue at this time. <br /> <br />3. There are two parcels shown on the plans. They <br />need to be combined at Ramsey County before a <br />building permit can be approved. <br /> <br />4. A 10 foot road and utility easement is required <br />along Fairview Avenue. <br /> <br />5. The proposed landscaping plan needs to be overlaid <br />on top of the utility plans to make sure trees are <br />not planted on any utility. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Goedeke, Wiski, Mastel, <br />and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Wiski moved, P. Johnson seconded, that the completion PARK PURCHASE <br />of park purchase from PIK Terminal for the two .acre PIX TERMINAL <br />site at the southwest corner of Langton Lake for <br />$317,755 be approved subject to the final review of <br />interest computations by both parties, and directing <br />the City Attorney and City Manager to complete the <br />project and gain clear title to the property, with <br />each of the parties absorbing their own legal cost. <br />Funds will be taken from the Park Dedication Fund set <br />up for this purpose. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, <br />Goedeke, Wiski, Mastel, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />G-3 Mastel moved, P. Johnson seconded, that Harstad Homes, HARSTAD HOMES, <br />Inc. request for Planned unit Development (PUD) final INC. <br />land use development plan and agreement be approved <br />with the following conditions: <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />1. That special consideration be given to design <br />elements to break the visual massing of the <br />proposed buildings. <br /> <br />2. That staff review the landscape plan to ensure <br />landscaping is installed in accordance with the <br />City's design standards. <br /> <br />3. That the PUD and agreement be reviewed by the City <br />Attorney, approved by the city Manager and signed <br />by the Mayor. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: <br />and V. John~on. <br /> <br />P.
