<br />Materials <br /> <br />The following materials are allowed and encouraged: high quality natural <br />materials, stained cedar/redwood wood siding, stucco, cedar shakes, slate, <br />architectural dimensional shingles; dimension/antique brick veneer and <br />wainscoting, brick or stone chimneys, copper bay roofs, wood and clad divided <br />lite windows and doors, wood doors, wood or clad windows and wood garage <br />doors etc. <br /> <br />High quality manufactured maintenance free materials, aluminum, vinyl and steel <br />siding, gutters, soffits and facias, and doors may be used on the rear of the homes <br />or where not visible from the public streets and open space, or surrounding <br />homes. The use of these materials is subject to review and approval of the <br />architectural review committee. <br /> <br />Colors and textures <br /> <br />Main Color: Subtle hues of muted/grayed earth tones of beige, tan, brown, rusts, <br />rose, gray-green; gray-blue, gray, and off-white. <br /> <br />Accent Color: Carefully related earth tones, grayed or muted colors, white, black. <br /> <br />Homes are to be built with a maximum of four colors per home including the roof. <br />All accessory structures are to conform to the colors selected for the home. <br /> <br />Other or additional colors may be allowed subject to review and approval of the <br />architectural review committee. <br /> <br />Three Season Porches, Sun Rooms and Attached Green Houses <br /> <br />Encouraged as a desirable feature.
