The Special Use Permit is for the operation of an <br />automotive wholesale fleet repair and reconditioning facility at 2033 County Road C~2~ Roseville, <br />MN. <br /> <br />Please also find enclosed an Abstractor's Certificate listing the names and addresses on labels <br />of the owners of the land within 350 feet of the boundaries of the subject Property, a narrative <br />report describing the Property and the multi-tenant building in which ABRA will occupy leased <br />space and a site plan and building plan of the Property. <br /> <br />The Property is owned by St. Paul Properties, Inc. and managed by Marquette Partners, Inc. For <br />the purpose of this application, we requested from Marquette Partners a detailed project site plan <br />showing the four buildings which are owned by St. Paul Properties and are part of this project. <br />Unfortunately~ St. Paul Properties cannot find a more detailed plan than the one that is attached <br />to the application. I hope this plan, together with the narrative report, will describe the project <br />sufficiently for the purposes of the Special Use Pennit application. <br /> <br />Please call me immediately if there is any additional information that should be provided with <br />this application.
