We then in~erpulated those <br />oapaci~ites to match the new square foot areas of the proposed <br />facility. In r.viewing the existing equ1pment the five (5) <br />York and four (4) Carrier units are relatively new plus, one <br />(1) lS ton Liebert. The remaining eight (at are 10 year or <br />older and are showing signs of corrosion. <br /> <br />The following is a budget estimate for a new faoility and re~ <br />modeling o'f the exilt.inq facility. <br /> <br />A.
