Mission <br /> <br />The John Rose Minnesota OVAL is a multipurpose skating and recreational sports <br />complex operated by the City of Roseville for the citizens of Roseville and the <br />State of Minnesota to provide a variety of skating and recreational experiences <br />during ice and non-ice seasons for both male and female skaters, of all abilities, <br />and from all age, racial and ethnic groups regardless of economic status. <br /> <br />B.
