B2 in Roseville <br />are requesting a lot split per the enclosed survey. The house lot <br />would remain as 565 W. County Rd. B2 and the vacant lot would be on <br />Sextant Avenue. The vacant lot, Parcel A, is 11,650 square feet and <br />the house lot, Parcel B, is 13,824 square feet, The vacant lot <br />will have a new home built on it. Drainage is not a problem for eith <br />er lot as they are flat or slightly sloped.
