Separate sealed bids for the construction of RQse Villa according to the plans and specifications on file in the office of the City Engineer, will be received by Masterpiece Homes. The Contract Documents may be examined at the following locations: Pas~e Engineering, Inc., 9445 East River Roag, suite 203, Minneapolis, MN: phone number: 755-6240, fax numbe~ 755-1362. copies of the Contract Documents may be obtained at the office of Passe Engineering, Inc. located at 9445 East River Road, Suite 203, Minneapolis, MN 55433. A deposit of $30.00 per set will be charged for the plans and specifications. The deposit will be refunded to all parties returning their plans and specification in good condition within ten (10) days of the bid date. Only one contract will be awarded. The Contractor shall be experienced in similar types of work. Bids shall all be upon the basis of cash payment for the work. 2.0) ~f)M sealed bids will be received until 10:00 A.M. on Sept. ~, 1995 at the office of Masterpiece Homes. The work on said improvements is required to be started within ten (10) calendar days after the date specified in a notice to be given the Contractor by the Owner, and is required to be substantially completed by November 15, 1995, with the wear course completed by July 30, 1996. No bid will be read or considered which does not fully comply with the above provisions as to bond and licenses, and any deficient bid submitted will be resealed and returned to the bidder immediately. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or minor defects or reject any and all bids for a period not exceeding sixty (60) days after the date of opening thereof.
