Mr. Allen appeared before the Planning Commission in April to present a sketch plan <br />review of a proposal to build a 39,000 sq. ft. office/warehouse facility on the triangular <br />shaped property in the southwest quadrant of County Road C-2 and Highway 88. <br /> <br />2. On May 12, 1995, Mr. Allen withdrew his request for a lot division and planned unit <br />development on the southwest quadrant of County Road C-2 and Highway 88. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendations: <br /> <br />1. It is recommended that the City Council accept withdrawal of John Allen's request for a <br />lot division and planned unit development (PUD) for a proposed office/warehouse project <br />on the southwest quadrant of County Road C-2 and Highway 88. <br /> <br />Council Action Requested: <br /> <br />1.
