CITY OF ROSEVILLE GENERAL REQUIREMENTS UPON APPROVAL Date: March 30, 1995 Planning File Number 2739 TO: 05-29-23-34-0002 The Public Works staff has reviewed your application for: Division of platted lot and PUD that is presently before the City Council and/or Planning Commission. It has been found that $_29,893.81_ in additional charges wUI become due, if your application is approved by the city council. It is our standard procedure to collect these charges at the time of recording of a legal document or upon application for a building permit, whichever takes place first. These additional charges (see city code ordinances) are collected by the city because the property was not assessed in full at the time of levy or because of the applicant's action which created a situation of utilizing the property to a higher degree then at the time of levy.
