TREE & SHRUB SALE 2010 ROSEVILLE PARKS AND RECREATION ORDER FORM The Roseville Parks and Recreation Department in cooperation with the Friends of the Parks and Trails in St. Paul and Ramsey County are offering the plants listed below at a reduced price. Tree Sale Guidelines: Orders must be received by 12:00 p.m. Friday, April 16, 2010 Orders must be pre-paid.
