MEMORANDUM <br />To: Parks and Recreation Commission <br />From: Lonnie Brokke <br />Date: September 16, 2009 <br />Re: Notes for Commission Meeting of Saturday, September 19, 2009 <br />1. 2009 PARKS AND FACILITIES TOUR <br />Tour to begin at the Harriet Alexander Nature Center at 9:00 a.m. <br />If you are interested in the Wild Rice Festival pancake breakfast, it begins at 8:00 a.m. <br />See attached tour description. <br />We will be taking the City van, please let Kara know if you are not able to attend, thanks. <br />Bottled water will be provided. <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF AUGUST 4, 2009 MEETING <br />Enclosed is a copy of the minutes of August 4, 2009.
