The City Engineering Department has <br />e~amined all driveways for code compliance and existing and proposed grades, <br /> <br />The City of Roseville requires that all driveways be brought into compliance with City Code <br />dmi.og a permanent street upgrading. Driveways mwst be a minimum oHive feet from <br />neighboring property Hnes and not exceed twcnty.six feet in width in the boutevard. Currently, <br />your driveway is approximately twenty.nine feet wide. In order to comply with City Code, this <br />must be rc~built to a width of twenty-six feet in the boulevard, or you may apply to vary from City <br />Code by applying for a "minor varianoe, II I have enclosed an application for a minor variance if, <br />you w~uld prefer this option.
