<br />2. Approval of and Authorization to Execute the Escrow Ae:reement. The form <br />of Escrow Agreement by and between the City and Wells Fargo Bank, in Minneapolis, <br />Minnesota, a copy of which has been presented to the Council, is hereby approved, and the <br />Mayor and City Manager are authorized and directed to execute said Escrow Agreement on <br />behalf of the City. <br /> <br />3. Certificate of Ree:istration. Upon establishment of the Escrow Account, the <br />City Manager is hereby directed to provide a copy of this resolution to the County Auditor of <br />Ramsey County. <br /> <br />4. Call for Redemption: Notice. The Refunded Bonds are hereby called for <br />redemption on March 1, 2004. The City Manager shall give published and mailed notice as <br />required by law. <br /> <br />5. Orie:inal Security: Oblie:ation to Levv Taxes. Nothing herein shall impair the <br />security originally provided to the holders of the Refunded Bonds, and the City recognizes and <br />affirms its obligation to levy ad valorem taxes. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Goedeke, <br />and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Maschka, Mastel, <br />Goedeke, Klausing and Kysylyczyn, and the following voted against the same: none. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />Adopted this 26th day of November, 2001. <br /> <br /> <br />Attest: <br /> <br /> <br />Ne7Jid~e <br /> <br />1335783vl <br /> <br />2 <br />
