Identify citizen committee — Delegate lead role to the Parks and <br />Recreation Commission with Richard "Jake" Jacobson as chair of planning <br />committee. <br />a. Committee Makeup <br />1. One Central Park Foundation member <br />6. Two Parks and Recreation Commissioners <br />7. Three members at large- selection process — interested folks <br />apply <br />8. One Roseville Visitors Association <br />9. One City Council member <br />10. One Roseville School District Representative or as needed <br />11. One Ramsey County Representative or as needed <br />12. Invite State representatives in as needed <br />2. Specifics <br />a. Ultimate Deliverable — Report outlining Nature Center viability such <br />as operational strategy and recommendations, direction for a <br />natural resource restoration plan, etc. <br />b. Time Frame — 9 -12 months — 1-2 meetings per month, 2 <br />hrs/meeting <br />c. Review history, goals, financial models and characteristics of how <br />HANC was formed and developed. Discuss lessons learned. <br />d. Review historical usage numbers, revenues & expenses — show <br />trending data — from formation to present <br />e. Assess projected revenues and expenses, operational and capital <br />of entire HANC and grounds <br />
