Call 651-792-7006 or log on to for rink updates and locations, <br />¢outdoor Neighborhood Rinks <br />Outdoor nei-hborhood rinks are scheduled to open (weather permitting) <br />December 21 and are maintained through February 17. For a nominal fee rinks <br />can be reserved for special events, fain€ly outings, neighborhood outings and tears. <br />practices!!! Rinks close when the. temperature drops to -25 or if the wind chill <br />drops below -15. <br />Other options For Winter Fun <br />In addition to skating at neighborhood parks, skaters can enjoy the ice at the <br />Guidant. John Rose Minnesota OVAL, and the Indoor Ice Arena at 2661 Civic Center <br />Drive, Admission fee is $5 and skates available for rental. Groomed cross-country <br />skiing trails are available at Cedarholm Golf Course, Reservoir Woods and Acorn <br />Park. Cross-country skis are assailable for daily and weekend rental, or if you are <br />neve to the sport, take a cross-country class. Participants 8 years and younger <br />must be accompanied by an adult. <br />Classes limited to 1.2.
