AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,by the Roseville City Council that based on the <br /> May 6, 2014 recommendation of the Roseville Parks and Recreation Commission and pursuant <br /> to City Code §1103.07, the City Council will accept park dedication of cash in lieu of land. <br /> Because the proposed five-lot plat would add two, one-family residential building sites to the <br /> subject land area and the 2014 City of Roseville fee schedule establishes a park dedication fee of <br /> $3,500 per residential unit, a payment of the$7,000 park dedication shall be made by the <br /> applicant before the signed final plat is released for recording at Ramsey County. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br /> Member Laliberte and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: McGehee, <br /> Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, and Roe <br /> and none voted against. <br /> WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> Page 2 of 4 <br />
