Exhibit A <br /> The South 500 Feet of Lot Eighteen(18),A. K. Barnum's Garden Lots, except the South One(1) <br /> acre of that part of Lot Eighteen(18), A. K. Barnum's Garden Lots lying North of the North line of South <br /> Lake Owasso Boulevard,Ramsey County,Minnesota. <br /> That part of Lot 18,A. K.
