<br />Minor Variance Committee <br />City of Roseville <br />2660 Civic Center Drive <br />Roseville, Minnesota 55113 <br /> <br />RE: STREET RECONSTRUCTION, CITY PROJECT P~95~02-15 <br />REQUEST FOR MINOR VARIANCE <br /> <br />Dear Committee Members: <br /> <br />I am requesting a minor variance for my driveway to my garage which is <br />attached to my dwelHno. City code calls for a minimum of 30 feet from an <br />intersection right-of-way. Currently, the edge of the driveway is approximately <br />13 feet from the Terrace Drive right-of-way. <br /> <br />The driveway cannot be moved and still provide access to the garage. The <br />other alternative would be to turn the garage 900.
