We do not take issue with SEH's evaluation of the additional traffic volume, peak
hour trips, etc. resulting from the change of use at lot 4. We assume all
information is derived from normal traffic standards and guideline data.

2. We will change the traffic flow along the east and north sides of the building on lot
4 to "one way" going in a counter-clockwise direction as suggested. This should
eliminate a number of traffic congestion concerns raised by SEH.

3. We will move the parking spaces on the south side of the building to the west so
that the access isle will be adjacent to the pick-up island. This is as suggested and
will alleviate any dead end parking areas. The layout as shown was a request of
Boston Market to place more proximate parking directly in front of their store.

4. We would like to keep the two handicapped parking spaces in the middle portion of
the parking lane to keep them equally accessible to the full building frontage.
Moving them to the east end to be in line with the relocated access isle would not
be advantageous to the rest of the retail. Glen thought that this would be OK
although it may be a little more difficult for autos to enter and exit these spaces.

5. We will increase the radius of the curbs at two separate truck maneuvering areas as
suggested.
