This is;) double <br />lotted property with the house situated on the corner lot facing Brooks <br />Ave and the vacant. lot facing Lexington Ave. We recently cleared several <br />cottonwood tr'ees from this lot due to the fact that our home was <br />extreme1y shaded from these trees causing our roof and thr'ee season <br />porch to rapidly deterierate because they never have a chance to dry out. <br /> <br />Our intentions wet~e to replace these trees witt"'l spruce & pinetrees and l1 <br />privacy fence. We are in need of the privacy fence rather than a cyclone <br />fence because we have 5 month old quadruplets that we were planning to <br />!xlild ;) playground for in the yard. We are very concerned 3bout their <br />safety with a cyclone fence that is so easi 1y cllrnl)ed and living along such <br />a busy street. We also are hoplng to r~edllce the level of nOIse fr~om the <br />busy street by having;) solid fence. <br /> <br />Hie type of fence we have planned on installIng is J 6 foot concave style <br />solid western red cedal~.
