Strobeck <br />1297 County Road C-2 <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br /> <br />RE: STREET RECONSTRUCTION, CITY PROJECT P-95-02-15 <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Strebeck: <br /> <br />As part of the upcoming street project on County Road C-2, the City will have the contractor <br />remove and replace the boulevard portion of residential driveways. The City Engineering <br />Department has examined all driveways for code compliance and existing and propose4 grades. <br /> <br />The City ofRoseville requires that all driveways be brought into compliance with City Code <br />during a permanent street upgrading. Driveways must be a minimum offive feet from <br />neighboring property lines and extend a minimum of20 feet onto private property. Currently, <br />the east edge of your driveway is on your east property line. In order to comply with City Code, <br />this must be five feet from your east property line. <br /> <br />You may apply to vary from City Code by applying for a "minor variance." I have enclosed an <br />application for a minor variance if you would prefer this option.
