<br />EXTRACT OF MINuTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City ofRoseville, County of Ramsey, <br />Minnesota was duly held on the 26th day of November, 2001 at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke, Klausing and Kysylyczyn and, and the following <br />were absent: none. <br /> <br />Member Goedeke introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 9958 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AGREEING TO REFLECT AN ADJUSTMENT IN ANY FUTURE TAX INCREMENT <br />SHORTFALL GRANT APPLICATIONS <br /> <br />WHEREAS the City of Roseville City Council has decertified certain Tax Increment Districts and Parcels as detailed <br />within Resolutions 9846 and 9847, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota is requiring the City to reflect an adjustment for "missed opportunities" in any <br />application for tax increment debt shortfalls; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the City agrees to reflect an adjustment for "missed opportunities" in any <br />application to the State of Minnesota for tax increment debt shortfalls. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Maschka and upon a vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke, Klausing and Kysylyczyn and the <br />following voted against the same: none. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
