The engineering staff has <br />reviewed this proposal and has the following recommendations: <br /> <br />1. Will need grading plans for the changes in the parking lot. <br /> <br />2. As a minimum, the new parking lot needs to have bituminous curb around it to control drainage until concrete <br />crub and gutter is constructed.. <br /> <br />3. There should be a fixed number of years stated which the concrete curb and gutter must be installed by. <br />
