O'Meara for aD/Order <br />Revising a Legal Description. <br /> <br />ORDER <br /> <br />The above entitled matter came 9n for hearing in the Ramsey County District Court in <br /> <br />the Government Center West, City of St. Paul, Minnesota, and the court having duly considered <br /> <br />the Petition, the Report of Examiner, and the evidence adduced by the Petitioner, makes the <br /> <br />following findings: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />There is outstanding in the office of the Registrar of Titles of Ramsey County Certificate <br /> <br />of Title No. 371701, entered on September 1 [no year stated], in favor of Barry J. O'Meara, <br /> <br />designated as being married to Pamela H, O'Meara, for land in said county described as follows: <br /> <br />That part of the following described land lying North of the South 330 feet thereof; <br /> <br />That part of Lot 15, Auditor's Subdivision No. 46, Ramsey <br />County, Minnesota, described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Lot 15; thence East on the South <br />boundary line of said lot a distance of 80 feet, thence Nonh and on a line parallel <br />to the West boundary line of said lot a distance of 516.54 feet, thence West to the <br />West boundary line of said lot, thence South along the West boundary line of said <br />lot to the place of beginning. <br />
